Theracane Wizmo
The Wizmo Mager by Thera Cane Co. works great for smaller muscle groups such as the forearms, hands, wrist, neck, and jaw muscles. Use around the knee, foot, and ankle joints to mage small muscle groups. Simply roll the WIZMO back and forth over the chosen muscle group at a slow, steady rate as you search for tight and tender as of the muscle. When you locate an a of tenderness, direct your mage efforts on that muscle group. Roll for 10-20 seconds, then relax, and repeat again as necessary. Continue alternating process, gradually building up your tolerance. If you overdo it, the muscle may be sore later on, but soreness usually goes away in a day or two. As with any mage product, do not use before consulting with a licensed medical professional.
